Hire rates

The hire rates set out below are from 1st January 2024. No increase in 2025

NON REGULAR USERS (New 1st November 2024 - 10 % discount for those living in the village)

MAIN HALL

Monday to Friday - up to 6pm £21.00 per hour

Monday to Friday - from 6pm - Midnight £55.00 per hour

Saturday - up to 6pm* (incl. children's) £42.00 per hour

Saturday - from 6pm - Midnight £55.00 per hour

Sunday - up to 10.00pm* (incl. children's) £42.00 per hour

* Hire for children's parties minimum of 3 hours

MEETING ROOMS (ANY DAY)

Large (up to 20) or small (up to 12) - or both £17.00 per hour

REGULAR USERS

Special rate (as agreed by the Trustees) £15.25 per hour

Regular ' Commercial' Users £19.50 per hour

Regular 'Commercial Weekend' Users £25.25 per hour

EQUIPMENT HIRE

Stage (7.6 metres wide X 3.7 metes deep) £90.00 Flat Fee

Sound System £45.00 Flat Fee

DEPOSITS

Any event where alcohol is involved £250.00
